241/ISTI)Randox has an exciting opportunity for an organized and enthusiastic individualtojoin a strong, growing organization as aLogistics Coordinator at our site in Kearneysville, West Virginia, USA.Specific Duties:
Acknowledge and process all orders on the SAP / Sage system on day of receipt where possibleStrictly follow, update and maintain customer special instructions as necessaryOrganizing transportation of goodsPrepare, send, follow-up and convert proforma invoices as requiredCalculating and entering of freight costs on proforma and commercial invoicesEnsure all customer queries are acknowledged same day and answered promptlyReceive prep dockets for shipping from the dispatch departmentPrepare commercial invoices, customs documentation and Certificates of OriginCheck all documentation is correct and present before release to the despatch department for shippingShipping all orders off the SAP/SAGE systemUpdate the Logistics Team Leader on daily progress against the shipping schedule and orders receivedComplete relevant Letter of Credit documentation as requiredYour Profile:
Essential:
A secondary level qualification in Math.Be competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer applications such as Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent in verbal and written communicationDesirable skills:
Third level qualification in Business / Foreign LanguagePossess relevant experience in a related administrative capacityAbout Randox:
