00 Primary Job Function:
This position is responsible for answering all incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2
years experience in customer service Ability to multi-task and stay calm within a fast-paced environment Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills Intermediate to Advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skillset Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy Ability to manage a multiple line phone system.
Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to see what needs to be done, take charge, and do it!
Qualifications:
Prior dispatching, project management, schedule coordinating experience preferred Service Titan experience preferred HVAC experienced preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
